SERVICE REQUIRED

Northern Beaches Council (Council) invites tenders for the carrying out and completion of major works on the North Narrabeen Surf Life Saving Club

The works include but not limited to:

1. Alterations and additions to the ground floor of the building, including:

- an extension to the northeastern side of the building to facilitate a larger meeting room, with kitchen and store, and a minor increase to the size of the existing gym

- an enlarged paved area to the north of the building, with BBQ and seating area

- minor stormwater upgrades

2. Alterations and additions to the first floor of the building, including:

- an extension to the northeastern side of the building and deck area to provide additional internal and external floor space

- enclosure of part of the existing balcony to provide additional internal floor space

- a new covered entrance foyer to provide access to the balcony without the need to pass through the existing cafe seating area and bar

- alterations and upgrades to internal finishes

- new balustrades to balcony

These works are to be staged; this tender will cover stages 1 and 2 which includes the scope above and will be priced separately in Schedule F21

SITE BRIEFING

A Site briefing will be held on 3 June, 10 am at North Narrabeen SLSC Respondents should ensure they review all documents and understand the scope of work before attending the briefing.

LODGEMENT

Submissions should be lodged in the electronic tender box or in the physical tender box at Northern Beaches Council, Civic Centre, 725 Pittwater Road, Dee Why, NSW 2099 by the time and date nominated. Late submissions may not be accepted.
