The service tendered is for the engagement of the successful Tenderer as an Independent Contractor to undertake the following works within the Southern Midlands as determined by Southern Midlands Council in its sole discretion:

i. undertake the kerbside collection and disposal at the Waste Disposal Centre of household waste within the Southern Midlands Municipality on a fortnightly basis (approximately 1918 MGBs with a capacity of 240L each); and

ii. undertake the kerbside collection and removal to the Recycling Centre of co-mingled recyclables within the Southern Midlands Municipality on a fortnightly basis (approximately 1918 MGBs with a capacity of 240L).
