Council invites Interested Parties to lodge an Expression of Interest for the proposed lease or agistment of rural land north of Dungowan Dam.

• The Land available is approximately 1,690.26 hectares located downstream from Dungowan Dam and situated on both the north and south sides of Dungowan Dam Road in Ogunbil NSW.
• The Land contains timber cattle yards and two large sheds, which could be utilised by the successful Interested Party.
• Council will consider submissions from Interested Parties who are able to occupy the Land in accordance with the zoning requirements for the purpose of grazing livestock, horse agistment or similar practice.
• Council will not consider expressions of interest that propose crop production as the intended use of the Land.
• The Expression of Interest should include sufficient details to enable Council to fully understand the Interested Party’s intended use of the Land including, but not limited to, indicating the proposed number of livestock to be run on the Land.
• Council’s preferred term of any agreement will be for two (2) years.
• Council may elect at their discretion to extend the term of the agreement for a further one (1) year.
• Interested Parties may include their preferred term of any agreement in their submission to be considered by Council.
