Department of Finance - Provision of Routine Maintenance for Back Up Power Supply Systems - Kimberley Region - Various Sites - Various Agencies.

The Department of Finance (Finance) facilitates the provision of Routine Maintenance (including Reporting), Found Works (Defect Identification and Rectification) services for several government agencies throughout Western Australia. Finance has an office located in Perth as well as 12 regional offices across Western Australia.

This Request invites Offers from companies with suitable experience and qualifications to provide Routine Maintenance for Backup Power Supply Systems.

In order to adequately account for the Customer’s requirements over a period of time, a single supplier or a panel of suppliers may be appointed to a standing offer arrangement (Head Agreement). This agreement allows for the awarding of individual or multiple packages of Works, covering the services described in this Request, during the Term of the Head Agreement.

The Customer anticipates awarding one or more packages of work upon the evaluation of this Request. The Respondent is therefore asked to nominate the packages of Works it wishes to offer and may make an offer for an individual package, or multiple packages of Works.

Scope of Works

This section outlines the scope of Works required to deliver Routine Maintenance for FINW0117325 –Backup Power Supplies – Various Sites & Agencies – Kimberley Region.

The types of Services covered by this Request may include, but is not limited to:

Routine Maintenance

• Verification and establishing of Baseline Data/ Asset Data;

• Routine servicing (survey, testing and preventative maintenance); and

• Defect identification.

Reporting

• Asset Data Report;

• Annual Maintenance Schedule;

• Routine Maintenance service reports;

• Baseline Data reporting;

• Annual condition report; and

• Annual compliance statement.

Found Works (Defect Identification and Rectification – where authorised)

• Defect Identification Notice Reports; and

• Found Works rectification services.
