Crest Project Management Pty Ltd, on behalf of it’s Client, Lutheran Ormeau Rivers District School (LORDS) invites suitably qualified and experienced main Contractors to submit an Expression of Interest to Tender for the following construction works: 

•  Construction of new two storey Year 5 / Year 6 teaching block;
•  Comprising 8no classrooms and further flexible learning areas;
•  Floor plate approximately 1,000m2;
•  Associated external works and landscaping.

Anticipated construction dates: 

•  Commencement in December 2025 with target completion in November 2026.
