Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) has been engaged by the Department of Finance to deliver a range of maintenance services across six (6) government Agencies, comprised:

• Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries (DLGSC or DCA)
• Department of Justice (DOJ) incorporating Corrective Services (DCS) and Courts (DTAG)
• Department of Education (DOE)
• Department of Fire and Emergency Services (DFES)
• Department of Training and Workforce Development (DTWD or TAFE) and
• Main Roads Western Australia (MRWA)

To meet PFM’s continued obligations under the Maintenance Service Arrangement (MSA) Customer Contract, PFM is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Vendors to undertake Gutter & Downpipe Cleaning and Maintenance Services.
