Note this is a retender of RFT 11-2024/25, however this Tender is released with Separable Portions.
The Shire of East Pilbara invites Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced registered builders for the construction of concrete access ramps. Concrete slab and stairs for the buildings and rock pitching at the Nullagine Aquatic Centre buildings.
This Request is made up of two Separable Portions. The Principal reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to award both portions to a single Tenderer or to award each portion separately to different Tenderers, depending on what is determined to provide the best overall value and outcome for the project.
Tenderers may submit an offer for both Separable Portions, or, for only one Separable Portion. The Separable Portions are as follows:
- Separable Portion 01 Construction of Concrete Access Ramps, Concrete Slab (near the plant room) and Stairs for the Buildings.
- Separable Portion 02 Construction of Rock Pitching Works.
The location of the site is Lot 05, Cooke Street, Nullagine, Western Australia
