This is for Conversion from TM1 Perspectives to TM1 Planning and Analytics, building of enhanced reports and training.
Background
The NDIS Commission has a TM1 instance that was recently upgraded to a much more recent licence with TM1 and now gives access to TM1 Planning and Analytics. Having come from a very old licence built on Perspectives means that there is now a requirement to convert all the existing reports, dashboards and data entry screens that were created in Perspectives across to TM1 Planning and Analytics.
The current plan is that Perspectives which has reached its end of life will be unavailable by December 2025. As such, all the data entry screens, reports and dashboards must be migrated to TM1 Planning and Analytics by then.
In addition, in consultation with business stakeholders, there will be a likely need to use the updated technology with enhanced capabilities to build additional dashboards and well as to train the NDIS Commission finance team on the capabilities of this newer software compared to Perspectives. It is intended for this work to commence at the beginning of July 2025 and for this to be completed within 6 months.
