East Waste is seeking Tender submissions from suitably qualified contractors to Supply Bulk Fuel to the East Waste Depot (1 Temple Court, Ottoway, South Australia ) to service our fleet of fifty-seven (57) diesel powered collection vehicles.

The successful tenderer will be required to provide the following to East Waste over the life of the contract (indicative commencement date of 21 July 2025):

• Supply of Bulk Diesel – approximate consumption of 1,300,000 litres per annum;
• Supply of above-ground Self Bunded Diesel Storage Tank – minimum of 35,000 litres;
• High Flow Fuel Bowsers (x2);
• Fuel to be delivered to the East Waste Depot during the week, Mon – Fri between 6AM – 12PM. (Note: East Waste currently receives two (2) deliveries of fuel per week to meet requirements);
• A Fuel Management System that offers comprehensive monitoring and extensive reporting capabilities. The system will be used to manage and optimise fuel usage across our fleet and fuel storage facilities;
• Ability to programme up to 100 Fob/Swipe cards; and
• The Bulk Diesel supplied must comply with the Fuel Quality Standards Act 2000 and more specifically the Fuel Standard (Automotive Diesel) Determination 2001.

In addition to the housing of collection vehicles at the East Waste Depot, East Waste also houses five (5) collection vehicles at a sub-depot at Heathfield in the Adelaide Hills. There is no requirement to supply bulk fuel to the sub-depot, however East Waste would like to consider any options available to meet the supply requirements to these vehicles, e.g. the provision of fuel cards for these vehicles.

East Waste also invite tenderers to submit an option for the supply and delivery of AdBlue (Diesel Exhaust Fluid) to support our fleet operations in compliance with environmental and emission standards. The East Waste Ottoway site has a 3,000 litre AdBlue tank on site, the Heathfield site has a 1000 litre IBC (Intermediate Bulk Container). The option to refill or replace the IBC is available.

East Waste will enter into an Agreement for these Goods with the successful Tenderer.
