This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The National Criminial Intelligence System (NCIS) program currently requires a suitably qualified and experienced Project Manager to support a number of current and upcoming ACIC ICT projects for the NCIS program.
Project Managers oversee the development and execution of a collection of programs, projects and related activities that implement the strategic intent of an organisation.
The expected roles and responsibilities are to:
• Lead and manage ICT project(s) or a program of work which contribute to the NCIS strategic outcomes and objectives
• Develop and maintain an accurate project schedule and deliver products according to the schedule
• Develop and maintain the project budget, and track costs and expenditure to deliver the project within tolerances
• Manage scope, quality, risk and issue management processes to ensure outcomes are delivered
• Engage with stakeholders on any given project and provide appropriate reporting to key stakeholders as required
• Support activities that enable the delivery of NCIS Program Roadmap outcomes including the NCIS Devs-On-Cloud Project
• Formally attend project and program board meetings, prepare reports, advice and recommendations for presentation at more senior governance forums as required
• Have and apply a comprehensive knowledge of principles, practices and theories as they relate to effective project management
• Other activities as directed by the contract manager including disengagement and transition management.
Security Requirements
The ACIC requires specified personnel to:
• Obtain the ACIC’s Organisational Suitability Assessment (OSA) prior to commencement.
• Have an Australian Government security clearance (AGSVA) to the minimum of Negative Vetting Level 1 (NV1) or be willing to undergo and obtain and AGSVA NV1 clearance.
• As directed by the ACIC, complete a Deed of Confidentiality or Non-Disclosure Agreement prior to commencement or comply with processes required to engage the Specified Personnel under section 48 of the Australian Crime Commission Act (2002).
Note: Seller may be required to meet the cost of any security clearances.
