Replacement of the air conditioning units throughout the 2006 building extension areas with like for like VRV units. The existing system is a Daikin VRV system with 6 outdoor units and 30 internal units. The existing system pipework is R410a pressure rated pipework and has experienced no major issues or leaks over the years so it can be re-used with the replacement of the indoor and outdoor units only. This will save significant building demolition works, and allow a quicker changeover. In addition to the VRV units replacement, the Box Office ducted unit is to be replaced with a Cassette type unit incorporating fresh air requirements.

A site visit will be held on site at Joan Sutherland Performing Arts Centre where the project manager will be on site to go through the project and requirements. This will also allow for any questions to be asked on the day. All questions and answers asked on the day will be recorded and issued as an addendum through tendering portal to allow everyone the same information.
