Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities is seeking proposals from qualified suppliers for the provision of a scalable, modern Customer and Employee Survey Technology Solution. The goal is to procure a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that enables us to design, deliver, and manage surveys that effectively capture actionable insights from our customers and employees.
The solution will support Kāinga Ora to consistently close the feedback loop, improve service delivery, and strengthen customer and employee engagement. We are looking for a provider who can offer a fit-for-purpose solution that is user-friendly, secure, and integrates well with our existing systems.
