Tender Description
This Contract is for the aerial application of liquid or solid products capable of controlling mosquito larvae over such areas as directed from time to time by the Council.
The Contractor shall carry out services as an independent Contractor with entire control and direction of its business operations subject only to the conditions and obligations established by this Contract.
