Tender Description
This procurement is to engage a suitably qualified and experienced design consultant to undertake design documentation, which will include site investigations, finalised Preliminary Sketch Plan (PSP) design and Final Sketch Plan (FSP) design. The scope also includes delivery of development approvals (DA), Document Readiness (DR) and tender documents for a MW21 form of contract and technical evaluation of construction tenders.
