Tender Description
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Communities are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake refurbishment works at Lot 198, 49A &B Foss Crescent Carnarvon WA 6701. The properties are currently tenanted.
The Work includes but is not limited to:
- Preliminaries
- Electrical
- Glazing
- Carpentry
- Plumbing / Gas
- Painting
- Flooring
- Tiling
- ACM Works Provisional Sum
Tenderers shall make themselves familiar with the existing site conditions, the specifications, drawings and all Contract documentation. All measurements and details shown on drawings or other documents (if any) are to be confirmed by Tenderers prior to submission of their Quote.
All materials and installation shall be supplied and be in accordance with Australian Standards and all codes and regulations relevant to the Scope of Work contained herein.
Site Visit:
A site visit will be held at 49A &B Foss Crescent, Carnarvon 6701 on 29 May, 2025 1:30 PM.
A non-mandatory site briefing will be held at 49A &B Foss Crescent Carnarvon WA 6701.
