ABOUT THE CITY OF COFFS HARBOUR (City):

ABOUT THIS REQUEST FOR TENDER (RFT):
The City of Coffs Harbour seeking tenders from suitably experienced and qualified electrical contractors for contract CON00485 Adjustment of Essential Energy 11kV Distribution Line and 66kV Sub-Transmission Line in the North Boambee Valley. The award of tender will require the contractor to be bound by AS4000 General Conditions of Contract, a copy of which is supplied in the RFQ document package.
REGISTRATION:
RFT documents may be obtained after registration electronically.
ENQUIRIES:
RFT enquiries should be directed to Mr Greg Hughes Project Manager via the online forum prior to 3pm AEST on Friday 20 June 2025.
SUBMISSIONS:
Completed RFT responses are to be submitted via the electronic tender box only, using the editable MS Word document supplied in the RFT document package.
Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt, timed and dated upon completion.
CLOSING DATE AND TIME:
This RFT closes at 10.00am AEST on Wednesday 25 March 2025, and RFT submissions must be fully uploaded by this time as the Tendering portal cuts off at exactly 10.00am AEST.
The City is not bound to accept the lowest priced RFT all or any part of the RFT, and reserves the right to conduct the RFT process and select the successful respondent as it sees most advantageous.
The City staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal. Late, verbal, faxed or emailed submissions will not be accepted. Canvassing of Councillors and members of City staff by a tenderer may render their tender submission ineligible for evaluation.
