Tender Description
Invercargill City Council (ICC) is seeking experienced Engineering Consultants to collaborate with our in-house Engineers Services Group (ESG) on Three Waters Renewals.
This request for Proposal seeks consultants capable of delivering a comprehensive ‘turn-key’ solution, including design, MSQA (Monitoring, Surveillance and Quality Assurance), contract management and project handover. The selected consultant must ensure seamless integration of these services from initial planning to final delivery.
