Change and training lead to assist delivery of Services Australia Enterprise Resource Planning

Services Australia (the Agency) is seeking to engage a Change and Training Specialist (the Specialist) as part of the Services Australia Enterprise Resource Planning (SA ERP) Project. The specialist will be required to develop the project’s change and training approach, which will support the successful implementation of SA ERP – Phase 1.

Phase 1 is the implementation of the Learning, Recruitin,g and Onboarding modules within the SuccessFactors Talent Management Suite.

The Specialist will be required to undertake work that will equip the agency with the essential tools and knowledge transfer necessary for managing future deployments and maintaining the sustainability of SA ERP-related activities, such as other human capital management and finance capabilities.
