Council is calling for Expressions of Interest (EOI) for short term agistment of the section of land known as the “Rodeo Paddock” part of Lot 100 on SP 255329. The paddock is approx. 789.55Ha in size with one permanent watering point.

A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) will be taken out with the successful applicant with a possibility for the lease term to be extended for an additional 6 months pending rain falls and feed. A copy of the draft MOU that outlines all leasing conditions, can be found on the Council website under:

Fees applicable: Applicants are to submit their pricing offer for a monthly agistment fee (exc. GST). The monthly agistment fee will be payable irrespective of the number of cattle (up to the maximum limit described in the MOU) being held on the paddock. The successful applicant will be required to make a one month advance agistment payment.
