Tenders are invited for the construction of one universal accessible toilet block at Norris Park in Stoneville. The toilet block build preference is of brick wall/steel roof construction built to the detailed Request for Tender plans and specification. Alternative tenders will be considered for modular designs meeting the essential requirements of the proposed design.

Tenderers are required to attend a compulsory site briefing to be held at 9.30am on Friday, 30 May 2025 at Norris Park, Lot 9363 Bentley street, Stoneville.

A tender that is not successfully uploaded to the portal when tenders close will not be considered for evaluation. The Shire of Mundaring may decline to accept any or all tenders.

Canvassing of Council Members or Shire Officers will automatically disqualify the tender.
