The University of Tasmania (the University) seeks proposals from qualified property agents to manage the sale of a commercial property located at 103 Melville Street & 159-163 Harrington Street, Hobart.

The selected agent will be responsible for all aspects of the sale process, from initial property listing, marketing, negotiations, to final transaction closure.

The primary objective of this RFP is to identify a property agent/s who can:

• Provide a comprehensive market analysis and valuation of the property.
• Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan to attract potential buyers.
• Manage all negotiations and communications with prospective buyers.
• Ensure a smooth and efficient sale process, adhering to all legal and regulatory requirements.
