The Dunedin City Council (DCC) In-House Legal team utilise a Software as a Service tool to manage its legal matters and the documentation associated with those legal matters, which are often confidential.

The current contract is due to expire on 30 July 2025. The DCC are seeking to partner with a SaaS supplier to provide Legal Matter and Document Management Software to the DCC for the next three to six years.

This DCC is looking for:

• An accessible and secure software solution that meets the DCC’s requirements.
• A smooth and secure transition of service, if required, including the secure migration of confidential data.
• User training and ongoing technical support and maintenance.
