Tender Description
Project goals
AV goods and services encompass a wide range of equipment, services, and technologies. TfNSW engages different suppliers on ad hoc basis to provide such services in regional and metro sites. This includes meeting rooms, open spaces, video walls, and other collaboration spaces. The establishment of Supply agreements with suitable suppliers would make sure that a complete coverage is available at all TfNSW sites in Metro and Regional areas to provide AV Support and Maintenance services at short notice. TfNSW wishes to establish supply agreements with multiple suitable suppliers for the period of (1+1+1) years to provide these services for different designated areas.
Scope
The contracted suppliers will be required to provide below services:
- To provide Technical support to address any problems that may arise at the TfNSW sites using AV Equipment.
- Repair or replace faulty or malfunctioning audiovisual components.
- Monitor and update the software of the AV system to ensure compatibility with the latest hardware and technologies.
- Detailed list of TfNSW sites and list of AV Equipment will be attached to the RFP.
