Expressions of Interest are invited from licensed builders for the erection and completion of a new Performing Arts Building at Darling Downs Adventist College, 451 McDougall Street, Toowoomba - Approx area: 1,100m2 internally with associated external areas and carparking.
A select list of tenderers shall be chosen from those who have registered.
Tender Period - Tuesday 3rd June 2025 – Tuesday 1st July 2025
Commencement on Site - end of September 2025
