ABOUT THE COUNCIL:

Stretching from Palm Beach to Manly, the Northern Beaches boasts more than half of all the beaches in Sydney and a population of more than 266,000. The Council is committed to maintaining a high level of customer service to the local community.

Northern Beaches Council is working closely with the community to build strategies that enhance our quality of life, promote sustainable development and protect our environment.

SERVICE REQUIRED:

More than 350 events take place across the Northern Beaches each year. These are delivered by Council, local community groups and event organisers. Events range from small local place based activations through to major events that attract thousands of visitors.

Council's own program of events is diverse, ranging from major community events and festivals through to neighbourhood events, place activations and civic functions.

Council seeks tenders for Events AV and Staging services for 9 Events from the period of 15 July 2025 to 31 July 2026 with 2x one year options at Council's sole discretion.

Event Details

Council events vary in nature and scale, including family-friendly performances, music festivals, sporting and community celebrations. All events will take place in outdoor settings and will require reliable, high-quality AV and staging solutions to support live entertainment and public engagement.

If unfamiliar with the event sites, site visits are recommended at supplier's own time and expense to ensure equipment suitability.
