Mandatory Site Briefing:

Attendance at this meeting is mandatory.

Failure to attend this briefing will render the Tenderer ineligible to submit a Tender.

Tenderers are required to attend a Tender briefing on:

Wednesday, 28 May 2025 from 9:00 am to 10:00 am (AWST).

The location of the meeting is at:

Lucretia Park, Lucretia Circle, North Coogee, WA 6163

The briefing will provide Tenderers with the opportunity to clarify any uncertainties with the Principal prior to the closing of the Tender.

All attendees will be required to sign an acknowledgement register of attendance

The proposed contract shall be in force for a period of three (3) years from the date of contract award, with a Principal instigated option to extend the period for a subsequent one (1) year period and up to a further twelve (12) months
