Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Project Description – Forsyth Reserve Upgrades

Council is seeking tenders for the upgrade of Forsyth Reserve, including the re-purposing of existing tennis courts and improvements to the adjoining path network.

The scope of works includes:

  • Conversion of old tennis courts into a multifunctional open space featuring a learn-to-ride bike track, irrigated turf area, park furniture, sports equipment, and various pavement games.
  • Upgrade of the existing sanded path network to an asphalt surface
