The Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water (DCCEEW) invites SRA Information Technology (SRA) to provide a quotation and enter a new contract (this document) for the ongoing maintenance of the Australian Underwater Cultural Heritage Database (AUCHD). The system contains historical and environmental information about shipwrecks, sunken aircraft, and other types of underwater heritage sites located in the Oceania and Southeast Asian regions. This database also includes the records of artefacts that originate from these sites.

SRA has been providing support and development services for the system since 2009, and DCCEEW wishes to refresh the current support agreement for a 12-month term with a 12-month extension option.

The requirement consists of support services for the existing AUCHD code, and it also includes the need for analysis services for a number of necessary enhancements to the solution, including but not limited to the ongoing modernisation of the GIS system, defining 4-states data, and security updates.
