Department of Education - Various Locations Metropolitan and Regional - Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) Remediation.

SCOPE OF WORKS

The proposed scope of works associated with this project includes five Tranche 1 schools as follows:

(a) Baldivis SC: partial replacement of combustible Aluminium Composite Panels (ACP) with compliant 3mm solid aluminium panels on Building 7. Also likely upgrades to insulation, sarking and sub-framing.

(b) Halls Head SC: replacement of existing Aluminium Composite Panels (ACP) with solid aluminium cladding to learning block 5,6 and 7. This may include associated replacement or upgrades to sub-framing, sarking, insulation, and the installation of additional water mitigation measures such as flashings and weep holes.

(c) Bunbury SHS: replacement of ACP panels with flushed CFC panels on the Year 7 block, including under-croft of carpark, and rear of parapet walls. Includes likely replacement of insulation and sarking, and partial upgrading of sub-framing.

(d) Dalyellup College: replacement of existing ACP ceiling lining with flushed fibre cement at eastern and western internal stairs of Block E, and western internal stair of Block D. Replacement of associated ceiling sub-framing and ceiling insulation.

(e) Canning Vale College: ACP removal and replacement with 3mm Solid Aluminium on Block C and Block F. Potential partial replacement of insulation, sarking, and sub-framing.
