Project goals
The objectives of this Project are to:
- improve delivery of TfNSW/TAM and whole-of-government financial, commercial, place and people objectives;
- create a consistent, scalable and flexible approach to outsource service delivery that mitigates duplication;
- streamline and improve service provision to TfNSW’s client, TAM; and deliver governance and performance improvement and increase the integrity of service delivery.
- The Project is intended to identify and implement the most efficient outsourced contract structure, trends and themes across property management, leasing and contractor management.
In order to gain access to the sourcing event in ARIBA, Tenderers are required to register their interest by sending an email: TSS.Bidder@transport.nsw.gov.au and include the following:

Scope
TfNSW is undertaking this RFP to source and appoint a Contractor to deliver a range of property services for the Transport Asset Manager of New South Wales (TAM) non-operational property portfolio detailed in the Scope of Work and Proposed Contract, outlined in Parts B and C of this RFP respectively. These include:
• Contract and Performance Management
• Transition Management
• Property Management
• Data Management
• Contractor Management
