Tender Description

A general outline of the work to be carried out under the Contract comprises:

Office upgrades to Tenancies 4, 5 & 6 including:

Tenancies 4 & 5

  •  Construction of a new secure reception/waiting area
  •  Construction of a new conference room
  •  Replacement of existing floor coverings
  •  Internal repaint
  •  Associated electrical works, including a  new distribution board
  •  Associated mechanical works

Tenancy 6

  •  Replacement of existing floor coverings
  •  Internal repaint
  •  Associated electrical works including replacement of 1 x distribution board, including energy meters and upgrades to 1 x existing distribution board
