Tender Description
This RFT relates the refurbishment of the Stratford Health Centre Xray room.
The Scope of Works includes:
• Construction works to refurbish the Xray room at the Stratford Health Centre.
• Handing over the completed room to the Xray supplier to install the new machine, with the room defects free.
• Working with the Principal, its appointed consultants and preferred electrical contractor nominated by the principle.
The contracted Works delivered will include, but are not limited to:
• Demolition of the existing room
• Installation of all new services, including all services to support the installation of the new Xray machine including Electrical installation works to Electrical and Shielding Standards, Installation of the new structural elements to support the new Xray machine
• New floor coverings
• New radiation compliant wall linings
• All finishes to ceilings and walls
• Working within a working Clinical environment
• Hoardings and site setup as detailed in the RFT or as agreed with the principal
• Pre-ordering critical building elements to ensure no delays on site and minimising the build time.
