The Public Trustee seeks the services of a suitably qualified, experienced and licensed Pest Control firm to inspect and treat properties under the control of the Public Trustee in its various capacities (mainly residential) situated in the Perth and Peel Regions.

The main focus of this Request is for the inspection and treatment of termites. There may also be occasional demand for the inspection and treatment of other common household pests as required.

Argyle Room, Public Trustee Building, Level 1, 553 Hay Street, Perth. The Argyle Room is accessible via the West Plaza Entrance Reception Area lifts which is easily accessed by walking down the open walkway abutting the main entrance in Hay Street, Perth.
