Project goals

• determine whether a future tender or procurement process should proceed.
• refine its procurement methodology, budget & scope of work.
• identify provider(s) that might to be invited to participate any subsequent tender or procurement process.

Scope

An information gathering process in which the ICAC seeks to collect information and opinions from Investigative Case Management solution providers,

• Technical solutioning of end to end matter management process across the following areas: Assessments, Investigation (excl. Information and evidence management business capability), Corruption Prevention, Legal, Executive Support Unit, Comms & Media, IT (Record management team)
• Services and deliverables of the technical solution including development / deployment, migration of data and record
• ongoing 2nd and 3rd level support and maintenance
• Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery capability for ongoing development and deployment
