The City of Stirling (Principal) places considerable importance on the health, safety, and welfare of its employees. The Principal acknowledges the range of issues faced in providing injury management services to its employees and is looking for an injury management specialist (Service Provider) to place its focus on early reporting, rehabilitation,and return to work strategies to assist the injured worker make an early and safe return to work.

The Service Provider will provide specialist advice and consultancy services to staff at all levels on injury management. This role provides high-level expertise, advice, and assistance in relation to compensable and non-compensable injuries, return to work programs, and assists in the proactive management of issues that may affect workers’ wellbeing.

The Principal is a diverse organisation with a permanent and temporary employees complement of approximately 1030, and an additional variable casual component of approximately 410.About the Contract
