The City of Hobart (the City) is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced provider to facilitate a Leadership and Team Development Program for the City's Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and Senior Leaders.

The Leadership and Team Development Program aims to empower the City's senior leaders to effectively engage their teams, drive organisational culture, and implement strategic changes. By enhancing the skills and capabilities of our leaders, we strive to create greater value for our community and organisation.
