Contract 2025-26-102 is for the Supply and Delivery of the following materials to either Council’s Narrabri West Works Depot, 4 Old Newell Highway, Narrabri West, Council’s Wee Waa Depot, 68 Boolcarrol Road, Wee Waa, Council’s Boggabri Depot Works Yard, 82 Walton Street, Boggabri or other locations throughout Narrabri Shire during for the period from 01 July 2025 to 30 June 2026.

• Supply and delivery of precoated 7mm Aggregate to Narrabri West, Wee Waa and Boggabri Council Depots and various other locations within the Shire.

• Supply and delivery of 20mm Densely Graded Base material (DGB20) to various locations within the Shire.

• Supply and delivery of Crusher Dust to Narrabri West, Wee Waa and Boggabri Council Depots and various other locations within the Shire.

• Supply and delivery of Bedding Sand to Narrabri West, Wee Waa and Boggabri Council Depots and various other locations within the Shire.

It is the intention of the contract that all complying tenders will be accepted, and Council would purchase materials by way of individual Purchase Orders for the required material at the tendered unit rates.

It is a Contractor Quality Assured Contract with the method of payment being Schedule of Rates.

Subject to the requirements of Council and the agreement of an acceptable number of Suppliers, the contract may be extended for a further one or two years up to the 30 June 2027 or the 30 June 2028.

The intention of the contract is that all complying tenders will be accepted, and Contractors will be ranked in accordance with their tendered price and/or the type of the materials. Council may decline to accept a tender from a Contractor if the Contractor’s past performance is not considered up to the standard required by Council to perform work under this contract.
