Penrith City Council is embarking on a significant transformational project to enhance and modernise its business processes with the implementation of a contemporary Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This initiative places a strong emphasis on improving the experience for the community, customers, and employees by providing efficient, effective, and seamless end-to-end business processes.

Council is requesting tenders from vendors with sufficient experience and qualifications with the necessary expertise to provide data migration services from Council’s outgoing systems to the new applications. The applications vary and include Technology One - Financials, Asset Management, and Property and Rating, Payroll Metrix and UKG and other applications yet to be defined.
