Rockhampton Regional Council (Council) is seeking the services of two suitability qualified Consultants with extensive experience to perform the roles of Main Consultant (Main Consultant for Scope of Works as Part – A) and Peer Reviewer Consultant (Peer Reviewer for Scope of Works as Part - B) to develop the detailed designs and approvals for the proposed Glenroy Crossing Bridge Upgrade (the Engagement).

The Scope of Work under the Tender is in two parts:

• Part – A Main Consultant ( ‘The Consultant’) , and

• Part – B Peer Review Consultant ( ‘The Peer Reviewer’).

Consultants that wish to tender must submit their tender for both the role of The Consultant and the Peer Reviewer. No Consultant will be engaged for both roles.
