Tender Description
This project involves external refurbishment works to roof including replacement of roof sheeting, ridge cappings, flashings, gutters, ventilators, repainting, decanting and recanting. Internal refurbishment works to walls and ceilings, replace flooring, joinery, door hardware, amenities, lighting fixtures, supply and install new exhaust system.
Conditions for Participation:
The Tenderer must at the time of submitting its Tender satisfy each condition for participation as follows:
- The Tenderer must complete and return the signed Confidentiality Agreement.
- The Tenderer must complete and sign the Tender Form
