Council is seeking suitably qualified and experienced contractors to provide catering services to the Toowoomba CBD region and to Council venues.

Provision of services in regional areas is excluded from this contract. These services will be sought on an ad hoc basis and will generally be provided by local suppliers. Where a local supplier is unable to provide required services, offerors under this contract may be contacted.

It is to be noted that all Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers events are excluded from this tender.

Council currently utilises the services of catering companies for various functions, including, but not limited to:

•  Breakfasts;
•  Morning and afternoon teas;
•  Lunches;
•  Dinners; and
•  Onsite venue catering.
