The City of Holdfast Bay (the Council) invites Expressions of Interest from Registrants for the provision of development and implementation of a comprehensive, strategic marketing plan for the Jetty Road Mainstreet Levied precinct.

The plan will outline clear strategies, objectives, and tactics to enhance the visibility and brand presence of Jetty Road, which will increase foot traffic, sales, and foster community engagement.

The plan should align with the precinct’s goals, reflecting both its current offering and future potential, and position the precinct as a premier shopping and dining destination, supported by a dynamic local economy.
