Tender Description
ARTC is planning to construct and fit out a new office building at the existing ARTC Provisioning Centre (PC) in Maitland. The existing office building will remain in use, with the intended final structure to incorporate this existing floor space. Currently, there is an old demountable that is no longer fit for purpose for the ARTC field teams.
The demountable is to be demolished and a new building constructed in its place. This will provide the amenities required by the ARTC field staff.
