Kingborough Council is seeking fixed price quotations to supply all materials, plant, and labor, and any other costs and fees necessary to upgrade the audio visual systems within the Kingborough Council Chambers located at 15 Channel Highway, Kingston.

Tenders close on Thursday, 12th June 2025 at 2:00 pm AEST.

A pre-tender meeting will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, 30th May, on site. Additional information is provided in the tender documents.

Tender documents are only available to registered suppliers by downloading from this portal. Registration is free and can be achieved through the link at the top of this page.

Tender enquiries should be directed via the online forum. Responses to questions raised by tenderers will be posted on the forum and will be available to any person downloading tender documents.

Tenders must be submitted via the electronic tender box. Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt, timed and dated upon completion. If a receipt is not received, it is recommended that the Tender is uploaded again. 

Tenders will not be accepted by hand delivery, by post, by facsimile or by email. Neither the lowest nor any tender will necessarily be accepted.
