The Department of Energy, Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety is seeking to engage a suitably qualified cleaning service provider to provide cleaning services to its Head Office, Mineral House, located at 100 Plain Street, East Perth.

The Services will extend across the entire Premises consisting of two blocks extending to eleven (11) floors in the North Tower and nine (9) floors in the South Tower. The Premises consists of approximately 15,000 square metres of office space and a parking area of 3,000 square metres.

Site Visit

A site visit will be held at 100 Plain Street, East Perth on 29 May, 2025 10:00 AM.

The Respondent is requested to confirm its attendance by no later than 4:00 PM, Western Australia on Wednesday 28 May 2025 by email to Fiona Halma at fiona.halma@finance.wa.gov.au

There is a limit of two (2) representatives from each company permitted to attend the briefing.

Note: The meeting will commence at 10am sharp. Attendees are to ensure they have presented themselves at Reception between 9:45 and 10am.

Failure to attend the Request briefing will result in the Offer being ineligible for further consideration.

Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
