Overview
ADCO Constructions Pty Ltd have been engaged by the QLD State Government (through QLD Health) to construct a 7 Storey, 875 bays multi-level carpark with a further 49 at-grade carparks. The project will involve:
* Demolition of 2no. existing buildings located on the north of the Site.* Demolition of the existing on-grade carpark and all other items on the Site.
* Construction of a '3 Tier' piling platform.
* Predominately piled foundations.
* Precast lift and stair cores.
* Post Tensioned Suspended Slabs (5-7 Levels).
* Facade
* Construction of a Bicycle Parking and End of Trip Facility.
* Construction of Retail spaces on ground level.
* Associated Services.
