The Great Carnarvon Feast & Groove

The Shire of Carnarvon in Partnership with the Gascoyne Food Festival invites local food vendors to be part of the highly anticipated Gascoyne Food Festival – The Great Carnarvon Feast & Groove! This signature event celebrates the rich produce of the Gascoyne region, bring together fresh local ingredients, passionate chefs, and food lovers for an unforgettable culinary experience!

• Date: Sunday, 27 July 2025
• Time: 4pm to 7pm
• Location: Carnarvon Fascine

What we are looking for

• Food vendors who want to be a part of Australia’s Largest Regional Gastronomic Food Experience.
• Food vendors to focus on one dish that incorporates local produces such as fresh fruit and vegetables or seafood that are simple and delicious!
• Acknowledgement of suppliers in dish names.

For Example: Garlic Prawns - Fresh Prawns supplied by Pickles Point Seafood

What we will do

All marketing materials will be created by the Shire of Carnarvon to ensure consistency with festival branding.

This includes:

• Menu design
• Pricing display
• Banner

Who Can Apply?

We welcome expressions of Interest from

• Local food vendors
• Beverage providers (non-alcoholic only)

How to Apply

Interested vendors must complete an Expression of Interest and submit by Sunday, 8 June 2025. Please include the following details in your Expression of Interest:

• Business name & Contact information
• Description of food/beverage offerings
• List of the local produce or product featured in your dish 
• Pricing of food/beverages 
• Relevant Food Safety Permits & Insurance Details
