Wollondilly Shire Council is seeking Tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced Principal Consultant to undertake the Architectural Design Services for the construction of the new Amenities Buildings at both the Thirlmere Sportsground at 22 Oaks Street, Thirlmere and Warragamba Sportsground at 69 Warradale Road, Warragamba.

The provision of the new Amenities Building forms part of the adopted Thirlmere Memorial Park and Sportsground Space Master Plan. This project will deliver a new clubhouse which will service the needs of the Rugby League Club and other sporting groups.

The provision of the new Amenities Building forms part of the adopted Warragamba Open Space Master Plan. This project will deliver a new clubhouse in the Eastern precinct of the facility which will service the needs of Track & Field Athletics, Rugby League and other general purposes, accommodating the growth in population of Warragamba and Silverdale.
