Tender Description
The Town of Cottesloe is seeking a highly experienced, customer service-oriented Cleaning Contractor to provide Premium Cleaning Services at five sites from 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2028, with an option to extend the contract for a further 2 years.
A mandatory site meeting will be held at 11:00am on Thursday, 22 May 2025, at the Cottesloe Civic Centre, 109 Broome Street Cottesloe.
Attendance at this meeting is a pre-requisite for bid consideration. Please register your intention to attend the site visit by email to town@cottesloe.wa.gov.au
