The Council of the City of Sydney invites Expressions of Interest for the Disposal of Sydney Christmas Infrastructure Assets in accordance with this request.

In line with the City's Sustainable Sydney 2030-2050 strategy, striving for zero waste is a key goal, and as such the City would like to offer the opportunity to other organisations to re-use or re-purpose Assets.

The City has a total of 9 outdoor trees and 15 indoor trees (Assets) available as part of this acquisition. The specification for each Asset is detailed below in the Asset Disposal Brief.

Respondents must nominate which Asset(s) they would like to acquire as part of their proposal however please note that the City reserves the right to select proposals in whole, part or none. The City may award Assets to one or more Respondents.
